摘要
目的旨在通过分析广东省公立医院卫生人力资源配置特征,为政府制定人力资源发展政策以及医院人力资源管理提供依据。方法通过整群抽样选取广东省21个地级市254家公立医院,采用统一设计的调查表进行函调,并选取5个地级市7所三级医院10所二级医院进行研究现场,对140余名有关人员进行深度访谈。结果2005年,广东省各地各级公立医院卫生技术人员数量比2000年有了明显增长,珠三角地区卫生技术人员数量和增长速度比非珠三角地区有明显优势。医院卫生技术人员专业构成无明显地区差异,而珠三角地区各级医院比非珠三角地区同级别医院拥有更多高职称人员。结论广东省公立医院卫生人力资源数量增加,区域发展不平衡:高级专业人员集中于珠三角地区大型医院。
Objective To provide foundation for the government to make decision on personnel policy and hospital human resource based on the analysis of human resource allocation characteristics of public hospitals in Guangdong Province.Methods A postal questionnaire survey was carried out to 254 public hospitals in 21 municipalities in Guangdong Province by cluster sampling as well as 7 tertiary hospitals and 10 secondary hospitals in 5 municipalities cities were selected as the spot of field survey and 140 concerned personnel were interviewed.Results The number of medical personnel in hospitals of various hospitals in 2005 was enlarged quickly compared to 2000.The expanding speed in Pearl-river-delta Area was significantly more advantageous than that of Non-pearl-river-delta Area.The professional composition of the mediccal personnel in different region did not show significant difference.However,hospitals of various levels in Pearl-River Delta Area owned a larger number of personnel with high professional title and education than hospitals in Non-pearl-river-delta Area.Conclusion The number of human,resource in public hospital in Guangdong Province was incereasing.But the development was not balanced as regard to regions.Most of the personnel with high professional title were concentrated in the large-scale hospitals in Peal-river-delta Area.
