广东省公立医院医务人员对医院发展与医疗职业的认可度分析术

The Recognition Level Concerning Hospital Development and Medical Occupation by the Staffs of Public Hospitals in Guangdong Province

目的明晰广东省公立医院医务人员对医院发展与医疗职业的认可度情况,并探究深层次原因。方法以现场问卷调查的方式对广东省5个地级市19家公立医院的642名医务人员进行调查,对相关资料进行统计学分析。结果69.4%的医务人员表示其所在医院可能实现可持续发展,平均40%的医务人员认为政府、社会和群众不支持医院发展,30.4%的医务人员对医疗职业感到不自豪,57.0%的医务人员认为其现在收入远低于理想收入。结论广东省医务人员对公立医院发展有一定的认可度,且不同等级医院之间存在差异。

Objective Getting a clear picture of the recognition level concerning hospital development and medical occupation in the opinions of staffs from public hospitals in Guangdong Province and study on the deep reasons.Methods Carring out a questionnaire survey towards 642 medical personnel in 19 public hospitals of 5 municipalities in Guangdong Province.The data were analyzed statistically.Results 69.4% of the medical staffs considered that the hospitals they were employed had the possibility to actualize sustainable development;40% on average considered that the government, society and the public did not support the development of the hospitals;30.4% were not proud of their medical occupation;57.0% thought that the current income was much lower than what they expected.Discussion The medical staffs in Guangdong Province had certain recognition to the development of public hospital,but the degrees varied in different levels of hospitals.
