北京市某三甲综合性医院冠状动脉旁路移植术诊疗流程现状研究

Research on Describing the Existing Medical Care Process of Coronary Artery Bypass Graft at One Teaching Hospital in Beijing

目的通过描述北京市某三甲医院冠状动脉旁路移植术(coronary artery bypass graft,CABG)诊疗流程,评价CABG诊疗流程的现状、存在的问题,为CABG诊疗流程的重组和标准化研究奠定基础。方法采用定性和定量研究的方法,进行描述性研究。结果绘制了CABG诊疗流程图;从医疗质量和效率等方面入手,深入了解了该医院CABG诊疗流程的现状和存在的问题。结论该医院CABG诊疗流程在医疗质量和效率方面尚未达到国内领先水平,有较大的重组空间。

Objective The purpose is to identify the problems andexplore the possible causes by describing the existing process of coronary artery bypass graft. It is expected to provide the basis for the research ofre-engineering the process.Methods Both quantitative and qualitative analyses areused. Results The flow charts of the process have been drawn;the problems in the process have been better understood. Conclusion Though the existing process ofcoronary artery bypass graft in the hospital has its advantages,but at the advanced level in assuring the quality and efficiency of medical care domestically,there arespaces to re-engineering.
