摘要
医疗纠纷近年成为社会热点之一,目前医疗纠纷的调解主要采取人民调解与行政调解2种方式,通过分析两者的特点,人民调解更具有优势。
During recent years,the medical disputes have become the focus of the social attention.Nowadays,the mediation of medical dispute is mainly taking two methods,one is people mediation, the other is administrative mediation,to analyse the features of the two mediation meathods,we know people mediation has more advantageous.
