摘要
结合三峡工程船闸设计条件,通过比尺为17的物理模型试验,研究了改善双面板型反向弧形阀门底缘体形及相关结构以降低阀门动水启闭力及其脉动值,并通过门体压力分布的观测分析,讨论了影响阀门动水启闭力的主要因素。研究表明,阀门底缘体形对启闭力有较大影响,优化底缘几何形状,可有效减小阀门动水启闭力及其脉动幅值。
Considering the Three Gorges Project lock design condition, the experiment has been conducted to optimize the bottom shape of reverse tainter valve of double skin plate type on a model with a scale of 17. The pressure distribution on the surface of the skin plate was also measured to analyze the valve configuration which affects the hoist loads. Experimental results show that the valve bottom shape is one of the most important factors and the optimum bottom shape will largely reduce the hoist loads and their fluctuations.
