沙沱水电站对思南县城生活饮用水的影响与对策研究

Study on Impacts of Shatuo Hydroelectric Project on Drinking Water of Sinan Country and Measures to be Taken

沙沱水电站水库蓄水后将改变库区的水文情势、影响水库水质,部分淹没思南县城生活饮用水取水口;且思南县城与取水口距离较近,生活污水未经处理而直接排入乌江。为此,通过对思南县城、生活饮用水取水口和沙沱水电站水库三者关系的分析,结合水电工程和环境特点,从水质和水文两方面进行评价,并针对不利影响和可能存在的风险,提出了相应的措施。

After the impoundment of the reservoir of the Shatuo Hydroelectric Project, the hydrological conditions , and the water quality of the reservoir area will be influenced with flooding of drinking water intakes in Sinan County. Moreover, the distance between the drinking water intakes and the Sinan Town is very close, the untreated waste water will discharged into the Wujiang river directly. Therefore the Paper presents measures to be taken based on the studies conducted on the relationships between the Sinan Country City, drinking water intakes and reservoir, and taking into consideration of the characteristics of hydroelectric project and environment on the aspects of water quality and hydrology to minimize adverse impacts and the potential hazards.
