摘要
溢流坝和溢洪道的消力池是水利水电工程的重要建筑物,已建工程中有许多宝贵的经验,也有惨痛的教训,通过对消力池底板的稳定分析、脉动压力的计算,和几个水电站工程消力池的运行状态的简介,提出了透水式底板设计思想和脉动压力控制值。
The stilling basins of overflow dam and spillway are important structures of Hydro-engineering, there are much expensive experience and painful lessons in many completed projects, this paper describes the calculation of stability analysis and pressure fluctuation and introduces the operation states of stilling basin of some hydropower stations, offers the design idea of pervious board and the controlling value of pressure fluctuation.
