摘要
介绍了汽车多级减振刚度悬架系统的基本特点,建立了4级减振刚度悬架的数学模型并进行了分析计算。以BJ1041货车为例计算了满足舒适性要求时的减振刚度,研究和掌握了4级刚度螺旋弹簧减振规律。通过计算表明,4级刚度螺旋减振弹簧通过合理匹配,可获得与空气悬架相近的减振性能。
Fundamental features of multi-grade damping rigid suspension of automobile are introduced,and the mathematical model is built for four-grade damping rigid suspension of automobile and calculative analysis has been done. In order to research and master the law of four-grade rigidity damping,we take truck BJ1041,as an example,to calculate damping rigidity which meets the comfort requirement.The calculations show that four-grade damping rigidity spring can obtain similar damping performance of air spring.
