摘要 本文介绍了三峡右岸国内首台840 MVA级水轮发电机组关键技术之一的模型转轮的水力特性研究情况。针对左岸引进模型转轮在高负荷区域存在压力脉动幅值大于5%的不稳定性问题,哈尔滨电机厂有限责任公司自主研发的右岸模型转轮具有较宽的稳定性运行范围,消除了高负荷区域压力脉动。最高效率达到94.70%,空化、飞逸、强度等性能均优于左岸模型。这也标志着我国自主设计、制造安装巨型水轮发电机组的时代已经到来。 The research for hydraulic characteristics of model runner as one of the key technologies for first domestic 840 MVA hydrogenerator set of Three Gorges right bank power station is presented in this paper. The problem on flow instability for the runner of the left bank power station in high load field where the pressure pulsation exceeds 5%, is evaluated. According to this situation, the new runner for the right bank power station is designed independently by HEC which has a wider stable operation range, and the pressure fluctuation in high load region is eliminated. Compared to the runner of the left bank power plant, the best efficiency of the model runner comes up to 94.70%, and the cavitation, runway speed and stress intensity characteristics are better. It also shows the time on the design, manufacture and assembly for the huge hydrogenerator sets by our own country is coming.
