摘要
选取上海市部分医院为样本,目的是研究容量柔性策略对医院绩效的影响。通过对上海市部分医院的调查分析,发现容量柔性策略的运用可以有效地改善组织的服务绩效和财务绩效以及市场份额,对医院管理者具有一定的指导意义,也为未来卫生领域柔性策略的研究奠定了一定的基础。
The purpose is to examine the impact of volume flexible strategies on hospital performance in Shanghai China. The results indicate thatorganizational volume flexible capabilities positively influence both customer-related performance and financial and market share performancel It was exploratory in nature and limited to a sample of hospitals in Shanghai： It offers some guidance to administrators who need both a clear understanding of the underlying tradeoffs involved in dePloying the strategies, and it should assist future researChers who focus on flexibility in health care services.
