摘要
健全医院"质量、安全、服务、费用"等项管理制度是医院管理工作的中心主题,以适应顾客需求为中心目标的业务流程重组理念(BPR)在医院管理实践中得以运用。医院信息系统建设(HIS)、收费流程重组正是业务流程重组理念在医院管理中运用的结果。医疗机构收费流程重组使收费、退费环节内部控制主体和范围产生变化,医疗机构收费管理工作循环路径需作适时调整。
A central thesis of hospital management is to perfect management system including quality, safety, service, expenditure, etc. Business process reengineerg (BPR) in terms of meeting customers' demands is now being used in the practice of hospital management.Construction of hospital information system(HIS) and charges process reengineering both are the result of BPR, which has made a great difference to internal control structure.It is necessary to adjust charges PDCA cycle in medical institution
