浅谈人类行为的复杂性对医学伦理行为的影响

人类行为的复杂性是由于人的行为具有二重性,且受环境、信息和角色等外部因素的影响;同时,人的行为是整个社会行为系统的外在表现,这个系统是非线性的,具有复杂系统的因果非等当性。人类社会是复杂的,而复杂的人类行为是社会复杂性的根源之一。管理的核心是人的问题,管理的难度在于人的行为的复杂性。采取还原论的方法,根据需求—动机—行为模式研究人类行为,采取系统论的方法,研究和探讨人类行为对医学伦理行为的影响。

The complexity of human behavior has it own twoness, and is influenced by some outside factors, such as environment, role and information. The human behavior is the outside embodiment of whole social behavior system that is provided with non-linearity and non-causality equivalent of complicated system. Human society is complicated and complexity of human behavior may be one of the reason to social complexity. To think that the main point of management could be to know the human behavir and that the difficulty of management consist in the complexity of human behavior. So to research human behavior based on the requirement-motivation-behavior model, using the method of reductionism, and research the influence of human behavior to medical ethics through the techniques of system.
