基层公立和民营医疗机构发展规模探讨

Study of the development between primary government-owned medical institutions and primary society-managed medical institutions

旨在比较基层公立和民营医疗机构的发展规模。研究结果表明:基层民营医疗机构的发展速度普遍高于基层公立医疗机构,已经在医疗市场中拥有一席之地,而且在进入新世纪以来,在规模发展的提升速度方面,民营医疗机构也普遍高于基层公立医疗机构。鉴于民营医疗机构的资源利用效率较低,与国内其他省市民营医疗机构发展对比,建议政策制定者在民营医疗机构的准入策略中采取适宜战略,引导有规模、有特色的民营医疗机构健康发展。

To compare the development scale between primary government-owned medical institutions and primary society-managed medical institutions in it.The results showed that the developing speed of the primary government- owned medical institutions was generally higher than that of primary society-managed medical institutions.The primary society-managed medical institutions earned their position in medical market.In view of the private medical institution less efficient use of resources, compare the development of private medical institutions in other domestic provinces. Policy makers should take appropriate strategies to guide the permission of primary society-managed medical institutions and guide the healthy development of those primary society-managed medical institutions with the characteristics of large-scale and distinguishing feature.
