摘要
从用碱量、硫化度、升温时间、最高温度等因素对桉木和竹子硫酸盐法DDS蒸煮工艺进行了探索,确定最佳蒸煮工艺为:用碱量17%、硫化度25%、升温时间140min、最高温度170℃。并用KajaaniFS-300纤维质量分析仪对桉木浆和桉木与竹子的混合浆进行了纤维形态分析。
In this paper, the effect of alkali charge, sulfidity, the time to the maxmum temperature and the maximum temperature on the result of kraft DDS cooking of mixed bamboo and eucalyptus was discussed. The optimal process parameters were defined as alkali charge 17%, sulfidity 25%, the time to the maximum temperature 140 min, maximum temperature 170%.The fibre morphology of the pulps were analyzed with KajaaniFS-300.
