摘要
利用多孔海泡石原矿和硬脂酸制备得到硬脂酸含量为35.5%的复合相变储能建筑材料通过TG/DTA、SEM的测试分析,表明硬脂酸与海泡石结合较好。复合相变储能材料的相变温度为52.2℃,在50.0℃~70.0℃之间有一个较大的吸热峰。在加热过程中。温度不超过148.5℃时,其失重率仅为2.4%:分析表明,该复合相变储能建筑材料在建筑节能、热能储备和绝热保温方面具有良好的应用前景。
The composite phasc-transformation cncrgy-storagc building matcrial is preparcdby using porous scpiolitc and stcaric acid, and thc contcnt of stcaric acid is 35.5%. Through tcsting analysis ofTG/DTA, SEM. it shows that stcaric acid and scpiolitc combinc with cach othcr bcttcr, its phasc-transformation tcmpcraturc is at 52.2℃.
