摘要 对山东某地超细水洗高岭土进行300℃~900℃煅烧实验研究,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)、吸油值、pH值、体积电阻率等表征煅烧产物性能。实验结果表明:煅烧后产物由晶态转变为无定形的非晶态;煅烧水洗高岭土产品性能随煅烧温度而异,700℃煅烧产品具有较高的吸油值和体积电阻率,且在丁苯橡胶(SBR)中具有良好的力学性能。 The present paper deals with the investigation on the properties and utilization of calcined waterwashed kaolin from Shandong Province. The kaolin clay samples were thermally activated in a laboratory oven at 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900℃ temperatures. The properties of calcined kaolin was characterized by XRD, IR, oil absorption, pH value and volume electric resistivity. The results show that the calcined kaolin were changed from crystalline to amorphous along with increase of temperature. The kaolin product calcined under temperature of 700℃ has higher oil-absorbed value and electric-insulating property and good mechanical properties when applied in rubber.
