摘要
通过对内蒙古某萤石矿的选矿试验研究,确定了合理的药剂制度和工艺流程,其中使用了一种改性脂肪酸盐捕收剂YSB-2,在常温24℃下,采用"一粗七精,中矿集中返回到精Ⅰ"的工艺流程,获得了品位为98.70%,回收率为89.20%,SiO2含量为0.93%,CaCO3含量小于0.37%的高品级萤石精矿。
By the experimental research of processing on fluorite ore in inner mongolia, the suitable reagent system and technological conditions are determined. And the specially combined collector(YSB-2) is used to collect fluorite at room temperature(24℃), by using the flotation flowsheet consisting of one roughing and seven cleanings and middlings sent back together to cleaning Ⅰ, the high-quality fluorite concentrate can be obtained with CaF2 of 98.70%, recovery, of 89.20%. SiO2 content of 0.93% and CaCO3 content of 0.37%
