摘要
采用膨胀法,辅以硬度测试和金相分析测定了时效硬化型塑料模具钢10Ni3MnCuAl的相变点,以及900℃奥氏体化后过冷奥氏体的连续冷却转变曲线。根据相变特性结合切削试验确定该钢的热处理工艺以正火+时效更为合适,所获贝氏体组织的工件直径范围为200~1000mm。
Phase transformation points and continuous cooling transformation curve of the steel 10Ni3MnCuAl austenized at 900℃ were determined through the dilatometric test, hardness examination and metallographic analysis. According to the machining test and the phase transformation feature, it was determined that normalization plus aging were the most suitable process for this steel. The diameter of working pieces of this steel with bainite structure was in the range of 200mm to 1000mm.
