摘要
采用二次正交回归方法设计了以CaO-A12O3为基,添加MgO、BaO、CaF2、Na2O等组分的精炼渣,通过实验室系统研究,建立了硫分配比与精炼渣组分百分比含量关系的数学模型;确定了脱硫精炼渣的最佳组成。采用该精炼渣进行脱硫试验,可使钢中硫含量降至0.0004%。
CaO-Al2O3 based refining slag, containing auxiliary components of MgO, BaO, CaF2 and Na2O, was designed by quadratic orthogonal regression method. A mathematical model describing the relations between the compositions and the sulfur distribution ratio was established by the systematic experiment research, and the optimized compositions of the refining slag were defined. The S content in steel could be reduced to 0. 0004 % by using the refining slag.
