摘要
作为20世纪的文坛巨匠,美国著名作家福克纳具有一种跨越时空的时代锐感。虽然他处于现代社会之中,却能敏锐地预见美国南方社会的后现代性。在小说《去吧,摩西》中,福克纳的后现代主义态度具体表现在以下两个方面:主观上,福克纳以现代主义的永恒理想抵制后现代主义;客观上,他又无法摆脱后现代主义的疯狂虚无。
As a giant among writers in 20th century , Faulkner＇ s incisive mind of the era was incarnated in forecasting postmodemism of American southern society sensitively cross time and space although he was living in the modem society. Faulkner ＇ s postmodemism attitude was represented on the following sides： subjectively, Faulkner resisted postmodernism by the etemal ideal of modemism; objectively, he couldn＇ t get rid of the crazy nonentity of postmodemism. This paper attempts to argue for a vague and twisted contradiction on Faulkner＇s postmodemism attitude in this opposite and unitive connection.
