The Soviet Union gave up new economic policies and chose Sidalin＇ s economic model after Lenin passed away. The historical fact was not accidental, instead was a necessary result caused by many historical factors, which embodied in following aspects： the influence of classic socialist theories, the limitation of new economic policies, the merits and faults of communist policies in the war, the threats to the Soviet Union from international capitalism, the influence of military feudal imperialism tradition and the understanding and attitude of the top leaders of Communist Party of the Soviet Union to new economic policies, etc.
