摘要
文章从人力资源管理提出的心理契约概念出发,分析了基于图书馆文化层面的馆员忠诚度,在此基础上对图书馆员的职业生涯提出了设计方案。
Based on the conception of psychological contract for human resources management, the author analyses librarians' royalty in the basis of library culture, and then puts forth a design for librarians' career.
