摘要 建立了HPLC法拆分间尼索地平光学异构体及其含量测定。采用ES-OVM柱,以甲醇-乙腈-0.1%冰醋酸(15∶15∶70,pH4.5)为流动相,检测波长237nm。(R)、(S)-间尼索地平在1.25~25mg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,检测限均为5ng。 A HPLC method was established for the chiral separation and determination of m-nisoldipine enantiomers. An ES-OVM column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-acetonitrile-0.1% glacial acetic acid (15: 15:70, pH 4.5) at the detection wavelength of 237nm. The calibration curves of (R), (S)-m-nisoldipine were both linear in the concentration range of 1.25-25mg/L and the limits of detection were 5ng.
