阿折地平中有机溶剂残留量的毛细管GC测定

Determination of Residual Organic Solvents in Azelnidipine by Capillary GC

建立了毛细管GC法测定阿折地平中乙醇、异丙醇、二氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、甲苯5种有机溶剂的残留量,以DMSO为溶剂,采用程序升温。各溶剂的平均回收率分别为98.5%、99.4%、99.7%、100.3%和98.4%。

A capillary GC method with temperature programming was established for the determination of residual organic solvents-ethanol, isopropanol, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate and toluene in azelnidipine using DMSO as solvent. The average recoveries of the organic solvents were 98.5 %, 99.4 %, 99.7 %, 100.3 % and 98.4%, respectively.
