摘要
近年来,我国博士教育有了很大发展,但博士教育质量一直为人所批评,其中一个重要原因是博士教育目的不明确导致博士招生、培养、就业等出现偏差。提高博士教育质量,明确博士教育目的是当前我国博士培养面临的关键问题。无论从博士教育的产生、发展来看,还是从国外博士教育发展方向看,博士教育是在学科领域下的一种高级研究训练,培养学科带头人是博士教育的目的。
In recent years, doctoral education has greatly developed. However, the quality ot it has always been criticized, one of the reasons for which is that the education aim is unclear, resulting in the deviation in enrollment, cultivation and employment. To specify the aim of doctoral education is the key problem for the improvement of the quality of doctoral education. From both the history and development of doctoral education, and the general tendency of foreign doctoral education development, doctoral education is a kind of advanced research training in certain discipline, with cultivating stewards of the discipline as the educational aim.
