本文对责任教授制进行全面反思。一是从制度层面解析了责任教授制,对这一制度设计的优缺点进行了全面总结与梳理;二是从激励理论视角透视责任教授制,分别从公平理论、期望理论和双因素理论分析责任教授制存在的问题;三是从转变观念、完善制度、强化管理、善于激励等方面提出了进一步完善专业责任教授制的应对策略。

This thesis reflects the System of Professor in Professional Charge . Firstly, it summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of the system design. Secondly, it analyzes the defects of the system from the angle of Stimulation Theory, including Equality Theory, Expectation Theory and Dual Factors Theory. Finally, it presents the countermeasures for shifting ideas, revising institutions, enhancing management, and pushing stimulation to promote the development of this system
