摘要
创新型人才培养日益成为高等教育的时代主题,培养创新型人才必须创新人才培养模式,而教学模式是人才培养模式的核心。本文分析了教学模式创新的历史和现状,针对教学主体在教学过程中的变化情况,深入分析了现行教学模式的问题,提出了创新教学模式的思路,并介绍了中国民航大学进行教学模式创新的实践和体会。
The cultivation of innovative talents is becoming the theme of the times in higher education. To cultivate innovative talents necessitates the appropriate cultivation models, the core of which is always the proper teaching modes. This paper analyzes the historical and current situations of teaching modes innovation and makes an in-depth exploration of the problems existing in the prevailing teaching modes and proposes the new thought on innovating teaching modes based on the changes of teaching subjects in the teaching process. It also introduces the practical experience of teaching modes innovation in the Civil Aviation University of China （CAUC）.
