用英语进行理工科专业课教学的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on Teaching Science and Engineering Courses in English

本文从实践角度出发,阐述了在对本科生专业课进行英语教学过程中遵循的教学原则和实施的教学方法。有别于以前双语教学的尝试,也不同于仅仅课堂上使用英语教学的方法,本文提出的"纯"英语教学模式是在教与学的各个环节上均采用英文方式。通过"感性"教学的手段体现了授课与实践相结合的理念,收到了很好的结果。

This paper discusses the teaching principles and methods that should be followed and applied during the process of teaching science and engineering courses in English from the practical perspective. The ＂pure＂ English teaching model differs from the bilingual teaching methods as well as those methods using English merely in class, for it employs English in every link of teaching and learning. It has realized the concept of combining teaching with practice by rational and perceptual teaching and achieved good results.
