民营企业高管团队三维冲突模型研究 被引量:1

摘要 从民营企业这一特殊群体出发,以冲突理论为依托,用持续发展的眼光看待民营企业的成长过程,提出民营企业高管团队三维冲突模型,并对民营企业高管团队各个阶段的冲突进行总体阐述,最后通过对冲突的改善达到提升民营企业持续成长的内在动力。
