新农村建设环境保护指标体系研究

Research of Indicating System for Environmental Protection in New Countryside

结合中国农村发展实际,从建设环境友好型、资源节约型新农村角度,以循序渐进、逐步向前发展的思路,将我国新农村划分5个类别,提出8类33项环境保护指标体系,为新农村环境保护规划、设计、建设提供标准,为新农村竣工验收、达标升级以及后期环境管理提供依据。

This research is closely combined with real practice of the development of Chinese countryside, and it gradually build a resource-saving and pro-environmental new countryside with the perspective. It rationally classifies our new countryside into 5 kinds and proposes 33 items of 8 sort guidelines to constitute an indicating system of environmental protection. Such a research can provide standards for the planning, arrangement and construction to new countryside environmental protection, and supply gists for important gist guiding as-buih acceptance, qualification upgrade test and further administration of environment in new countryside development.
