摘要
在日益激烈的竞争环境下,企业传统招聘方式在很大程度上制约了企业的发展。提出了企业传统招聘方式存在的问题,介绍了胜任力模型的相关理论,分析了胜任特征模型在企业招聘中的应用,指出其具有理论和实践意义。
Knowledge economic and global economic pattern bring forward new requests to managers, the traditional recruitment has restricted the companies' development seriously. In this paper, competency model and its application in the selection of human resource be introduced more comprehensively. Firstly, it shows some problems in traditional recruitment; Secondly, it introduces the basic theoretical concepts of competence and competence model; At last, it analyses the application of the competency model in recruitment. The article can be used in practice, and it will be very significative in theory too.
