摘要 哑光锌添加剂LAN-616含载体添加剂和主、辅添加剂,经大量的试验筛选后,能很好地满足镀哑光锌的要求。确定了电镀哑光锌工艺范围及工艺条件,并进行了分散能力、深镀能力、电流效率、阴极极化曲线、沉积速率、抗杂质能力等测试。 The mat zinc additive LAN-616 contains carrier additive as well as main and auxiliary additives. After massive experimental screening, it can satisfy the requirements of mat zinc galvanization. The technological range and working conditions of mat zinc galvanization process were determined. The tests on its throwing power, covering power, current efficiency, cathode polarization curves, deposition rate and anti-impurity ability, etc. were performed.
