摘要
利用自制的混合溶液体系采用正交优化的方法,研究了Ti-Al合金表面微弧氧化层的制备工艺与性能。结果表明:自制的混合溶液体系可在Ti-Al合金表面制备出性能良好的陶瓷层;陶瓷层的主要相是Al2TiO5和Al6Si2O13;陶瓷层的耐蚀性较Ti-Al合金基体的有很大的提高。
The preparing process and performance of micro-arc oxidation film on Ti-Al alloy surface are studied with a self- made mixed solution and orthogonal tests. The results show that good-performance ceramic coatings can be deposited on Ti-Al alloy surface, the ceramic coatings are mainly composed of Al2TiO5 and Al6Si2O13, and the corrosion resistance of ceramic coatings is much improved as compared with that of Ti-Al alloy substrate.
