摘要
文章通过对高职酒店管理专业实践性教学模式的现状及存在问题的研究,提出了实践性教学模式的创新思路:以就业为导向进行课程设置,建立一支双师素质教师队伍,丰富教学方法和教学手段,实现学校、学生、企业的"三赢模式"。
Based on the research about the status and the existent problems of vocational practical teaching mode of professional hotel management, this paper puts forward an innovative ideas about practical teaching model, these ideas include a job-oriented curriculum, the establishment of a two-division quality teachers, rich teaching methods and the teaching measures, achieving schools, students, the enterprise＇s ＂win-win-win model＂.
