摘要
文章分析了我国现有的劳动争议处理程序司法效率低下的表现及形成原因,提出了提高处理劳动争议效率的若干对策。
This article analyzed the inefficient judicial performance in China＇s current labor dispute handling procedures and its causes, and proposed some countermeasures to improve the efficiency of handling labor disputes.
