摘要
目的：了解某院药品不良反应／事件（ADR／ADE）发生情况，探讨发生ADR／ADE的年龄因素。方法：对某院2007年度共收集到的ADR／ADE报告表1102份用圆形分布法分析年龄分布情况。结果：2007年度某院发生ADR／ADE高峰年龄集中时点为38岁，高峰期年龄为24岁～52岁。统计分析显示，圆形分布法明确可靠，可以为促进临床合理用药提供较为准确的依据。
Objective： To study the occurrence of adverse drug reaction/Adverse drug event （ADR/ADE） in our hospital, discuss the age factors with which ADR/ADE occurs. Methods： Analyse the condition of age distributing to 1102 ADR/ADE reports in 2007 using ＂circular distributing methed＂. Results： the point of fastigium age of ADR/ADE＇s occuring at our hospital in 2007 is 38 （age） . The fastigium age is from 24 to 52. Statistics and analyses show that ＂circular distributing methed＂ is explicit and reliable, it provides the accurate basis in order to promote clinical rational administration of drug.
