摘要
直流脉宽调速系统通过改变PWM的占空比来实现对直流电动机的调速,系统包括控制电路、驱动电路、主电路和保护电路的设计。驱动电路由分立元件组成,电路结构简单,保护功能由单片机实现后,本电路不需要保护,所以系统的组成简单,造价低。主电路采用的是H桥双极性电路,使得电动机可以实现正反转。保护电路的保护功能是把输出的电压值或电流值与给定值比较后,如果有故障向单片机发出中断申请,CPU响应中断后数据读入,由单片机通过软件处理完成,这种方法单片机无需进行变换时间的管理,CPU效率高。
The topic designs the DC PWM Speed Regulating Driver. It can regulate the DC motor's speed by changing the duty radio of PWM. The paper mainly introduces the design of control circuit, drive circuit, main circuit and protection circuit. The PWM signal of Control circuit is produced by MCU AT89C51 execution software, so it makes electrical motor run at the regulation speed, but other governors can't realize it. Diver circuit is composed by discrete components. Circuit structure is simple and needn't be protect after protection function was realized by MCU. SO the system's composing is simple and the cost is low.
