我国现行体育法修改与完善的思考

On the Amendment and Improvement of China's Physical Education Laws

对现行体育法的立法、法律关系、法律责任、管理制度、体育纠纷与解决机制、中外体育法的比较,以及体育法的实施与监督等问题的研究进行了综述,并针对现行体育法提出了一些的修改意见和建议。

The present paper studies the legislation, legal relations, legal liabilities, management regulations, disagreements and the resolution thereof and implementation and supervision of the enforcement of the law of China＇s physical education, with proposals concerning the amendment and improvement of the laws about it.
