摘要
近年来,苏北地区旅游业的快速发展推动了旅游教育的大发展,人才供给显著增加。但整个苏北地区在旅游人才供给方面还存在总量不足、流失严重等问题,制约了地区旅游业的发展,这又从另一方面降低了苏北地区旅游行业对人才的吸引力,从而造成旅游人才的供需失衡,形成恶性循环。增加旅游人才的供给、提高旅游人才的素质、优化地区旅游行业人才管理环境,是推动苏北旅游业发展的当务之急。
In recent years,the rapid development of tourism in Northern Jiangsu Province had promoted the tourism education expanded quickly, the talents supply here increased significantly. But the issues were lack of total supply and the loss of talents restricted the development of tourism in the region. And this reduced the attraction to tourism talents of the Northern Jiangsu Province on the other hand. All these brought about the imbalance in talents' supplying and demanding, and created a vicious circle. Increasing the supply of tourism talents, advancing the quality and improving the environment of talents management of tourism were of top priority to promote the development of tourism in this region.
