摘要
为了明确三唑类杀菌剂对小麦条锈病的防治效果,2006~2007年连续2年对三唑酮等4种三唑类杀菌剂进行了田间药效评价。结果表明,用25%三唑酮可湿性粉剂、125g/L粉唑醇悬浮剂、125g/L氟环唑悬浮剂和250g/L丙环唑乳油分别以167.25、93.75、101.25和124.5g/ha(有效成份,以下用g(a.i.)/ha表示)的用量处理时,对小麦条锈病都有很好的控制效果,防效均达到75%以上,其中粉唑醇、氟环唑与丙环唑的防效明显高于三唑酮;与清水对照相比,4种药剂处理后都可以使小麦的产量提高,其中氟环唑的增产效果最为明显,2年的增产率分别为12.31%和15.03%。
In order to determine the efficacy of four triazole fungicides against stripe rust of wheat (Puccinia striiformis West), the field tests were carried out in 2006 and 2007. The results showed that the control effects of triadimefon 25% WP, flutriafol 125 g/L SC, epoxiconazole 125 g/L SC and propiconazole 250 g/L EC were all above seventy-five percent when the treatment concentrations were 167.25, 93.75, 101.25 and 124.5 g (a.i.)/ha, respectively. And the efficacy of flutriafol, epoxiconazole and propiconazole was much higher than that of the triadimefon. Compared with the water control, all of the yield of wheat increased after treated with the fungicides, especially epoxiconazole, whose increasing rates of yield were 12.31 and 15.03 percent in 2006 and 2007.
