摘要
目的探讨癌症患者抗氧化维生素E和C、抗氧化酶类(谷胱苷肽、黄嘌呤氧化酶和谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶)在癌症患者血清中的变化情况。方法测定111例癌症患者和36例健康对照血清维生素C(Vit C)、维生素E(VitE)、谷胱苷肽(GSH)、黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)、谷胱苷肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)、总抗氧化力(TAOP)和脂质过氧化终末产物丙二醛(MDA,以此作为脂质过氧化程度标志)浓度。结果癌症患者机体总抗氧化能力较对照组低(P<0.01),且各癌肿均低于对照组。三种抗氧化酶类(GSHPX、GSH、XOD)和两种抗氧化维生素(维生素E和C)癌症组与对照组间无明显差异。脂质过氧化产物MDA癌症组明显高于对照组(P<0.01),且各癌肿均比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论本研究表明癌症患者血清脂质过氧化水平的改变可能与其抗氧化防御系统功能有关。
Objective To study the change of serum lipid peroxidation and antioxidase in cancer patients.Methods Serum vitamin E(Vit E),vitamin C(Vit C),glutathione peroxidase(GSHPx),glutathione(GSH),xanthine oxidase(XOD),total antioxidant power(TAOP)and lipid peroxidation endproduct malondialdehyde(MDA,as a marker of lipid peroxidation degree)were measured in 111 cancer patinets and 36 healthy controls.Results Cancer patients had significantly lower TAOP levels(P〈0.01)than controls,and all patient groups were decreased.Antioxidation components(XOD,GSH,GSHPx,vitamin C,and vitamin E)were not observed any altered.Lipid peroxidation endproduts MDA levels was higher in the cancer patients as compared to that of the controls(P〈0.01),and each cancer group(P〈0.05)was higher than control.Conclusion These results suggest that altered lipid peroxidation in serum of cancer patients may be related to their compensatory changes in the antioxidants defense system.
