摘要
目的探讨眼袋术后下睑退缩的形成机制,退缩程度的分型及根据不同类型的不同手术方法修复的临床效果。方法2000～2007年,采用经外眦下睑提升固定术;眼睑囊筋膜,下睑缩肌松解术修复22例,29只眼。结果随访17例,20只眼,随访3个月～5年。除2只眼复位欠佳外其余完全复位且形态良好。结论针对不同类型的眼袋术后下睑退缩采取经外眦下睑提升固定;眼睑囊筋膜,下睑缩肌松解予以修复,手术操作简便,准确,效果良好。
Objective To evaluate the mechanism,degree of retraction in different types and treatment effect of the different surgical methods for post-blepharoplasty lower lid retraction.Methods 29 eyes of 22 patients（aged 18-65 years） with post-blepharoplasty lower lid retraction were operated with the approaches of cutting and lifting the lateral angle of eye,eyelid capsule fascia and lower eyelid contractor lysis from 2000 to 2007.Results Follow-up examinations in 17 cases were performed at 3 to 60 months and the outcome was judged to be excellent in 18 eyes and substandard only in two.Conclusion The two techniques which are applicable to different types are both simple and effective in correcting lower lid retraction.
