在岗农民工及留守农民心理健康状况调查

Investigation on mental health of peasant-workers on duty and peasants at home

目的了解在岗农民工和留守农民的心理健康状况,为提高他们的心理健康水平提供依据。方法对在岗农民工和留守农民各抽取400人进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)问卷调查,共回收有效问卷485份。结果380名在岗农民工和105名留守农民的SCL-90的各项因子分和阳性项目数均显著高于全国成人常模(P<0.001);不同年龄在岗农民工在恐怖、偏执及阳性项目数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄留守农民在躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、总分方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同婚姻状况在岗农民工的人际敏感、阳性项目数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同婚姻状况留守农民在躯体化、强迫、恐怖、总分方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同受教育水平留守农民除阳性项目数以及人际关系敏感、敌对2个因子外,总分和其余7个因子差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),在岗农民工差异无统计学意义。结论在岗农民工和留守农民的心理健康水平低于一般群体,受教育水平、年龄、婚姻状况与他们的心理健康密切相关。

Objective To investigate the mental health of peasant- workers on duty and peasants at home in order to promote their mental health. Methods 400 peasant- workers on duty and 400 peasants at home sampled were surveyed by Symptom Check List 90 （SCL- 90 ） with totally 485 valid papers. Results The 380 surveyed peasant - workers on duty and the 105 surveyed peasants at home had significantly higher scores than Chinese adult norm in all factors of SCL - 90 （ P 〈 0. 001）. There were significant age differences of phobia anxiety, paranoid ideation and number of masculine item in peasant - workers on duty（ P 〈 0.05）, as well as somatization, depression, anxiety, phobia anxiety and total score in peasants at home （P 〈 0.05）. The marital status differences in interpersonal sensitivity and number of masculine item of peasant- workers on duty were significant（ P 〈 0.05）, as well as somatization, obsessive - compulsive, phobia anxiety and total score of peasants at home（ P 〈 0.05）. The SCL- 90 results of the peasants at home had significant differences in educational level（ P 〈 0.05 ）, but the results of the peasant - workers on duty had not. Conclusion The mental health conditions of the peasant - workers on duty and the peasants at home were worse than those of the common pepole. Educational level, age and marital status affect their mental health significantly.
