摘要 目的探讨青海省贫困大学生心理健康状况及相关因素。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、心理健康测查表(PHI)、艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)对青海省西宁市的601名贫困大学生进行集体测查。结果青海省贫困大学生SCL-90中的人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对因子分高于非贫困大学生(P<0.01);PHI因子分在抑郁、焦虑、脱离现实因子分高于非贫困大学生(P<0.01);贫困大学生EPQ测评结果同非贫困生比较结果显示,在神经质、精神质和自我掩饰3个人格维度上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论青海省贫困大学生心理健康程度明显低于非贫困生,其人格特征等因素对贫困大学生心理健康有着重要影响。 Objective To explore the mental health state of college students. Methods The study involved administering the SCL - 90, EPQ to 601 financially disadvantaged students. Results Compared to the financially advantaged students, financially disadvantaged students had significantly higher scores on the dimension of depression, anxiety with SCL - 90 and PHI. There were significantly different scores on the dimension of P, N, L with EPQ between financially disadvantaged students and financially advantaged students. Conclusion The mental health state of financially disadvantaged students was worse than the financially advantaged students.
