摘要
目的探讨卵巢纤维瘤的声像图特点,分析误诊原因,以提高超声诊断卵巢纤维瘤的正确率。方法回顾性分析经手术、病理证实的16例卵巢纤维瘤的声像图特征。结果卵巢纤维瘤的超声误诊率为50%,易误诊为子宫肌瘤、卵巢囊肿、畸胎瘤及卵巢癌等疾病。结论提高对本病声像图特点的认识并结合临床,能提高超声对卵巢纤维瘤的诊断符合率。
Objective To study the ultrasonography of ovavian fibromas and analyze the reasons of the cases being misdiagnosed.Methods The ultrasonographic features of 16 cases with ovarian fibroma comfirmed by pathology were reviewed and analyzed retrospectively.Results The misdiagnosis rate was 50%,8 cases were misdiagnosed as subserous myoma of uterus,ovarian cyst,teratoma,oyarian carcinoma.Conclusion It is necessary to combine the clinical data with ultrasonographic findings to increase the diagnostic accuracy.
