肝性脑病患者早期的临床观察与护理

Nursing experiences of hepatic encephalopathy.

目的探讨肝性脑病的诱因、护理对策和临床观察要点,提高护理水平。方法回顾分析1999年3月～2007年4月30例肝性脑病患者的临床资料,总结护理措施。结果本组30例患者,好转25例,自动出院2例,死亡3例。结论加强临床观察和护理可以提高肝性脑病患者的生存率和生活质量。

Objectie To explore the precipitating factor、therapeutic effect and nursing measures of Hepatic Encephalopathy（HE）.Methods 30 cases with Hepatic Encephalopathy were selected to study.Results 25 cases were rescued successfully with no severe complications and sequels.Conclusion Prevention and remove of precipitating factor and complications are very important to the treatment of HE.
