单缸发动机曲柄连杆机构动平衡参数调整方法探索

摘要 确定动平衡参数的阶段很重要,不同阶段曲柄连杆各部分的质量和质心位置对动平衡参数的影响程度是不同的,所以不能对不同类型的曲柄连杆使用相同的尺寸或质量公差;动平衡参数对相关零件的质量非常敏感,对本类样品而言,曲柄销的质量应严格控制;动平衡参数的控制应根据相关零件位置和质量在此阶段的不同影响程度,制定相应的尺寸公差或质量公差。 It is very important to confirm the phase for dynamic balance parameters, because the influence of the quality and the position of the mass center of different sections of the crankshaft connecting rod upon the dynamic balance parameters are different at different phases, therefore identical dimension or quality tolerance can not be used for different types of crankshaft connecting rod. Dynamic balance parameters are sensitive to the quality of related parts. For the sample of this kind, the quality of the crankshaft pin should be strictly controlled. When controlling the dynamic balance parameters, corresponding dimension tolerance or quality tolerance should be formulated according to the influence produced by the position and quality of related parts at this phase.
