摘要
本文利用最新的新疆1%人口抽样调查资料,对新疆人口文化素质及其变化进行了分析。在此基础上,进一步探讨了人口素质及其变化对新疆区域经济发展的影响效应,提出了进一步提高新疆的人口素质和促进人口与区域经济协调发展的路径。
With 1% the most new materials of the sampled investigation of population of Xinjiang, the paper analyzes the human quality and its change in Xinjiang; and it strives for the effect of the human quality and its change on the regional economical development further on the basis of the analysis; and put forward the approaches which promotes human quality and makes human coordinated development with regional economy.
