摘要
绿色管理是以人类社会可持续发展为宗旨,把环保和节能融入企业生产经营过程中,强调社会效益、经济效益、生态效益有机统一的企业管理新战略。在现代全球一体化和市场经济变革浪潮的冲击下,我国企业只有构建以绿色管理为核心的竞争力,才能在竞争中占据优势,获得可持续发展的能力。本文从不同的角度分析了什么是绿色管理、什么是企业绿色竞争力以及我国企业打造绿色核心竞争力的必要性,并就如何实施绿色管理战略提出了建议。
Sustainable development is the objective of green management, which put environmental protection and energy saving into the process of enterprises' production and marketing, and emphasizes the unification of social benefits, economic benefits and ecological benefits. With the impact of world economic integration and the reform of the modern market economy, only if Chinese enterprises improve the construction of green management as core competence of the corporation, they can gain the competitive advantage in the competition of future market. This paper put forward analysis on what the green management is, what the green core competence is, and the necessity of the green core competence of the corporation from many angles, and offer a proposal on how to put it into reality.
