生态市建设是循环型社会建设的主要途径,也是实现城市社会和谐、经济高效、生态良性循环的基本保证。在生态市建设过程中,应重视城市的自然环境和人文环境,并制定客观的目标定位,创建富有地方特色和高效、和谐的生态建设。

Eco-city Establishing is the main approach to build cycle-type society, and basic guarantee to realize the city social harmony, economic high-efficient and ecological benign cycle. In the construction of Eco-city, government should pay attention to the natural environment and human environment of city, and formulate the objective target orientation, establish local characteristics, efficient and harmonious eco-city.
